About the Author
Mr Steve Bonsor is a general dental practitioner working in private practice in Aberdeen. He graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1992 with Honours and won the Hepburn Prize for the best senior student in dental hospital practice. In 1997, he gained a Diploma in Post Graduate Dental Studies from the University of Bristol. Also in that year he was appointed a part-time clinical teacher at Dundee Dental Hospital and School and Honorary Clinical Teacher at the University of Dundee in the Sections of Operative Dentistry, Fixed Prosthodontics, Endodontology and Integrated Oral Care and taught there on a part time basis until 2006. He was admitted as a member to the Institute of Learning and Teaching in 2001 and awarded Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy in 2007. He completed a Master of Science at the University of Bristol graduating in 2008.

He is heavily involved in postgraduate dental education having lectured throughout the UK. He has also extensive experience of tutoring the dental team, in particular dental nurses. He has recently been appointed as an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh. He is currently actively involved in research having published original research articles in peer reviewed journals with his main research areas being Photo-Activated Disinfection and the clinical performance of dental materials. He is a referee for a number of dental journals. He is a key influence of a number of dental material and equipment manufacturers.

Gavin Pearson trained as a dentist at UCL Dental School. In 1969 he was appointed as a lecturer in Conservative Dentistry at UCL Dental School and subsequently at the London Hospital Medical College Dental Institute. During this time he carried out work on the early composite filling materials. He was appointed Senior Lecturer/Hon Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at UCL in 1979 and in 1987 he became Head of Biomaterials at Eastman Dental Institute and Hon Consultant in Restorative Dentistry. He was appointed Reader in 1990 and was awarded a personal Chair in Biomaterials in 1996. He became head of Biomaterials in relation to Dentistry at QMUL in 1999 and was also Associate Director of the Interdisciplinary Research Centre in Biomedical Materials at QMUL until his retirement in 2006. He has collaborated on a number of research projects with dental manufacturers.

His research has concentrated on the clinical problems associated with dental material and has been involved in the research and development of minimally invasive techniques using antibacterial PDT and glass ionomer cements. He has published over 140 peer reviewed papers. He has been associated with the University of Bristol Open Learning for Dentistry [BUOLD] courses since their inception in 1990. He has lectured in both the US and Europe and has been the UK Principle Expert on Glass Ionomer Cements at a number of ISO meetings.

About the Author
James BeMiller is Professor Emeritus of Food Science at Purdue University, as well as being the Director of the Whistler Center for Carbohydrate Research. He has had a long and distinguished academic career having published over 150 academic papers, with a strong focus on starch and carbohydrate chemistry research. At various times he has sat on the board of the American Chemical Society, the American Association of Cereal Chemists, Institute of Food Technologists, American Institute of Chemists, and the International Union of Biochemistry.

Here, the message is muddled. On one hand, he tells readers that inner peace should be their greatest goal, but, on the other hand, he offers techniques designed to attain more worldly objectives, like a new job. There's lots about meditating and chanting, and he supplies distillations from A Course in Miracles, but ultimately, the volume veers close to the low end of New Age gobbledygook. Still, Dyer's name and a marketing push are likely to generate requests. Purchased for the Environmental Engineering PE Exam

This book was suggested to me by several people in my Environmental Engineering PE Prep course. I begrudgingly purchased it and it was very, very helpful on several PE exam questions. The sections on Baghouses, Cyclones, and ESPs have more depth than the Lindeburg Environmental PE book. I recommend it if you are taking the Environmental Engineering PE.

fantastic book, as an environmental engineer i use this book constantly. no matter what the need is for my air pollution problems, this book has the solutions! easy to read, great diagrams, and pictures. Gives me all the information i need to design any control device. I highly praise cooper for this book. Seriously fantastic reference material. i used it a lot as a student and now i use it as a professional. great book. Just great practice problems and examples. even has cost estimates!

Good manual for basic air pollution control principles

Good basic manual for industrial air pollution control. However, this classic book is starting to fall behind as technology in air pollution control advances. Cooper Alley sticks with only the most very fundamental aspects of pollution control. Overall a good manual for the student or engineer, but if you are looking for an introduction to a broad range of controls, a web search might provide better results.

One of the most dangerous books ever written. This is a read that requires courage, openness, and the desire to actually improve your own thinking. Slightly disheartened

I was a little confused when I began reading this book. It had been so long since I read The Underworld and it seemed as though the beginning of this book began mid storyline.

Perhaps if the story started out with Fate instead of Stephanie, the plot would have transitioned smoother.

Once i got over the initial confusion, I was all right but there was something about this story that just did not do it for me.

I didn't connect with Fate & Stephanie like I had with Rhyn & Katie and The Deidres/Darkyn/Gabriel. And the plot wasn't smooth. It jumped around too much.

I think this story should have been a spin off - the beginning of it's own series because it focused on Fate & Stephanie not Darkyn, Gabriel or the Deidres as the previous books had.

I recommend Ms. Ford invest in a new editor or new beta readers.

There were countless times where there was a word missing letters - s or ly at the end, spelling errors, a word missing in a sentence and wrong words used in sentences - of insead of if, on instead of one.

With all that said, I will read the next book that follows this story because I am interested in knowing how it ends.

I waited forever for this book to come out.. It was great and not what I expected all at once.. This story did a lot of running in circles and in the end it just didn't live up to my expectations.. I almost feel like the writer drug out the chapters and re iterated a lot of things just to give the book pages.. I love Steph and Fate.. I have to say I love them together but now to wait forever again for book 6?

This series just gets better and better. I Love how Author Lizzy Ford can come up with the best stories, plots, twists, and ending's that start new beginning. I can't wait to see if she puts out a book for Karma, just love how different she is from all the other Imortals, her child like essence made me fall in love with her. Totally recommend this book to all who love a great story.
