The Ideal Starting Point When Contemplating The Adoption Of An Agile Scaling Framework

Sanjiv's incorporation of Lean principles for an analysis of the leading Agile Scaling Frameworks is a refreshing and insightful remedy for what has become another maelstrom within the Agile Community: Scaling. Sanjiv provides clarity and a path forward in fewer than 50 pages. By first establishing and clarifying Lean Principles (Limit WIP, Manage The Flow, Grow Small Stable Teams, Build a Network of Small Teams, Improve Continuously) Sanjiv reminds the reader that growing The Agile Footprint doesn't mean we have to compromise or abandon these key principles and their associated practices.
Sanjiv presents Lean and The Frameworks very effectively with engaging real-world examples and illustrations and in a neutral voice. The Frameworks are supported with just enough detail to equip the reader to perform a more in-depth analysis of a Framework via the accompanying URL.
